Age: Entering grades 3-6
Location: Pelham Recreation Center
Registration: Opens on April June 2, 2025
This program emphasizes the basic fundamentals of the sport and emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship and fun. Practices will be Mondays and Thursdays. Games are played against Pelham teams and teams from surrounding communities including Homewood, Oak Mountain, and more.

You don't have to be experienced to be a volunteer coach or official for Pelham Parks & Recreation. If you are interested, please create an account and submit an application online.
The City of Pelham conducts annual background checks on all volunteers associated with its recreational programs. These include national and state criminal history checks. Pelham Parks & Recreation coaches are also required to complete the CoachSafely program annually. Individuals that do not consent to the background check are not allowed to volunteer.
