Pelham Parks and Recreation has youth and adult athletic programs that stress high participation, recreation, and sportsmanship. These programs are provided through a variety of structured leagues with all Pelham teams run by the Parks and Recreation Staff. Each league is run according to established rules and regulations along with the City having rules specific to each sport and a Code of Conduct for each sport. Athletic participants, Volunteer Coaches and Parents are subject to basic rules, which emphasize sportsmanlike behavior and the recreational nature of city leagues.
